Due to hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bitbybeads.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to review the case and arrange a replacement or store credit if applicable.

Please note:

• Items damaged through normal wear, accidental damage, or improper handling are not considered defective.
• Slight variations in color, texture, or handmade details may occur and are part of the unique charm of our products.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
